The function of the DPF tank is to store DPF additive fluid. Injected into the fuel tank, it will mix with diesel fuel to optimize DPF soot regeneration. This tank includes a pump to deliver additive to the diesel fuel tank.

Remanufacturing Steps
Pump and electronic board are disassembled from tank assembly. Each of these 3 components are cleaned, assessed and reassembled if OK or replaced by new ones if needed. Finally, the whole remanufactured tank is tested.
